In honor of their college graduation, an octet of pals hits the road, destined for a big blowout rock concert. Looking to save a little time, the gang decides to take a short cut. Little do they know, that single decision might very well cost them their lives. As a maniacal killer stalks the members of the group, they not only have to escape his wrath, but also figure out a mystery surrounding the rock show. The debut feature from writer/director/producer Marc Selz, Short Cut Road was released straight-to-video in 2003.

Inspired by true accounts and the craze that took place in the late 1970’s and early 80’s, follows in the footsteps of classic horror films from that generation. In 1980, ten year old twins Toby and Cindy Richards were abducted by a group of demented satanic cult members. Cindy managed to escape, but Toby was never found.
