Synopsis:

This film documents the extinction and abandonment of the rural world, as we know it from the eyes of its protagonist. It walks a path through Julia’s life and invites spectators to embark on a slow journey between past and present; in which the decline of the Spanish fields in the last 70 years can be appreciated Hoping that the generational replacement happens and that great-grandchildren pick up the reigns to guarantee a worthy future for the rural world, Julia defends the woman’s role, as historic memory and as an attention call; if we forget from where we come from, we’ll never know where we are going.
